This Is How It Works.

Enterprise Revenue Allocation

  • 25% of our revenue funds volunteer grants, which provide immediate economic relief.

  • 15% of our revenue funds revenue-generating practices such as fundraisers, drives, e-commerce, and product manufacturing.

  • 10% of our revenue funds are used to invest in community-based organizations with aligning missions and compatible operational models.

  • 50% of our revenue funds our operation costs, which includes rent, utilities, and salaries.

We prioritize enterprise revenue as a means to provide community resources and funding.

People often wonder why we would want to invest our profits into the community.

We hope our operations serve as one, of many other examples, of what happens when nonprofits run scalable enterprises and commit to social and economic sustainable development and innovative leadership.

Here is a breakdown of where your paid fees are going:

Our enterprise revenue does not include funds we receive from grants, in-kind donations, and/or fund pledges. These funds are excluded from our revenue breakdown because that money is typically earmarked for specific purposes.

In other words, unless otherwise specified, we do not use donations, grant funding, and/or financial pledges to cover operational costs. Those funds are used exclusively to fund immediate economic relief grants in the form of grants & micro grants.

In accordance with Parity Hub's bylaws, our executive board is comprised with salaried positions. We retain other professionals, on a contract basis, as we require their assistance. Artists are commissioned, and contracted, to produce art for Parity Market. Lastly, we are a volunteer-centered enterprise, which means we rely of our volunteers to manage spaces and produce events. Our volunteers receive a $200.00 grant for every event they help produce.
