We created a score to help consumers identify an organization’s strengths and weaknesses thereby helping them discern where their money is best spent.

Our student-led chapters will use the rubric to establish Parity Scores.
Each business will receive five scores, which will be quantified to generate one score per enterprise reviewed.

We’ll share the businesses reviewed and their respective scores at the end of each semester.

How the Rubric Can Help You Examine Your Consumer Behavior

Labor -> Mission: Does the company’s mission reflect a desire to align its initiatives or products with sustainable and humane employment practices?

Sustainability —> Law: Does the company honor international trade agreements — with regards to environmental protections, slave labor, and employment standards?

Civics —> Mission: Does the company have a corporate social responsibility department or an employee dedicated to community relations?
